If you have installed and used a product but are dissatisfied with it for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
This applies to all software purchases but excludes sound packs or expansion packs that are associated with software products.
All refund requests will be processed within 1 week, and funds will be available within 1 - 2 weeks.
Any products purchased through a retailer should be returned to the retailer from which it was purchased in accordance with their return policy.
Please complete our contact form letting us know that you have tried the product but would like a refund.
Once the refund is confirmed, we will provide instructions on how to deactivate your plugin.
After the process is complete, we will refund the total purchase price.
